On occasion we have discovered a small number of people who have not been able to receive the monthly newsletter.
As everyone tries to reduce the amount of "spam" email messages they receive sometimes email providers can label a newsletter as spam and incorrectly file it in your junk mail box, or indeed not let you receive it at all. If our e-mail is in your spam folder, please mark as "not spam" and move it into your main inbox, this stops your email supplier from blocking it altogether the next time it is sent.
